Executive style two storey house in a quiet area close to Yerrabi Pond. I use the self contained top storey of the house leaving the bottom storey vacant for others to use. Downstairs has 3 large bedrooms, 2 showers and 2 toilets, laundry with space for your own washing machine and large combined kitchen / lounge / dining area. There is plenty of uncovered off street parking available with the bus about 400m away or walk around the lake to Gungahlin town centre in 30 minutes. The backyard is fully fenced and secure but no animals are allowed. I work fulltime in the public service and like to enjoy quiet times at home. I’m looking for someone who is respectful of other peoples property and reliable with paying rent and any expenses and basically no hassle to live with.
