We have a room available for rent in large 4 bedroom house in Amaroo from the start of July. Unfortuntately our present housemate is relocating overseas for a couple of years. The room is unfurnished but the rest of the house is fully furnished. The house has both heating and airconditioning which comes in handy. The house is currently occupied by two males (ages 19 and 23) and one female age 26 – all working professionals. We arent party animals but do enjoy a drink or two together on occasions. Were all pretty easy going and get along well. We presently have a medium sized dog so unfortunately we wouldnt be able to take on any additional pets.Bills are split 4 ways and rent is paid on a fortnightly basis. The successful applicant would need to be prepared to sign onto our lease. We have a bus stop very close to our house and the bus timetable is quite good in terms of frequency and destination however if you do have a car off the street parking is available.
