Room available in spacious two-storey, five bedroom house in a quiet Belconnen suburb. The room itself is on the ground floor and features a large bedroom with built in wardrobe, en suite (toilet, basin and shower) and good-sized private living area that fits couch, TV, shelves and desk comfortably. The house itself is only a ten minute walk to the Evatt shops and backs onto a walking/running/cycling track for those who like their exercise.

Current housemates are friendly, quiet and respectful and range between late teens to mid twenties. The house has a shared laundry, kitchen and main living area with washing machine and refrigerator already provided (but if you have any extra appliances you’re welcome to bring them). Bills (internet, electricity, water) are split evenly between housemates and rent is paid monthly. Off street parking is available and the house is secure and in a safe and quiet neighbourhood.

We are looking for someone around our age bracket who is hopefully working or studying full time. Only one tenant is preferred, although we’ll consider couples on a case-by-case basis. We also sadly cannot have pets.

The room is being vacated so that the current tenant can move closer to work and we are looking for someone to move in any time after Monday November 11th. The landlord is hoping the new tenant can sign a new lease in December. All photos apart from the first one are of the actual room (please excuse the untidiness).
