Ground floor room available in The Mansion!

Great location – quiet suburb, off street parking, bus stop only a block away and only a ten minute drive to the Belconnen Westfield and a walking/cycling track close-by.

The room will be unfurnished and is a good size for one person (fits queen bed, bookcase and TV easily), has an en-suite and easy access to the shared kitchen and lounge area. You’ll be sharing with another four friendly twenty-somethings but it is generally a pretty quiet house and there is plenty of space.

We’e looking for someone around our age group who either works or studies full time, is tidy and respectful of others and pays their rent and bills on time. Unfortunately we can’t have pets either.
