The largest upstairs bedroom has just become available in a large house with friendly housemates!

Great location – quiet suburb, off street parking, bus stop only a block away and only a ten minute drive to the Belconnen Westfield and a walking/cycling track is close-by.

The room will be unfurnished and includes spacious personal living space/lounge area as well as bedroom, en suite and balcony. Big kitchen is shared between all housemates who are all working/studying twenty-somethings. It is pretty quiet but we are a friendly bunch.

We’e looking for someone around our age group who either works or studies full time, is tidy and respectful of others and pays their rent and bills on time. Unfortunately we can’t allow pets as part of the lease.
