Hi i am looking for a female tenant to rent a room. I have 2 children 10 and 8 years i age. I have them every second week. They stay with their mother every second week.The house is conveniently situated with kippax shopping centre within a kilometer. Clubs an gym are close.The room is quite spacious with nice views of the mountains. There is bulit in wardrobes but no chest of draws or a bed.You would have access to the internet and foxtel which will be included in the rent.
