I am a 27yr old professional male looking for one person to share a 4 bedroom house. You will have two adjacent unfurnished bedrooms (about 3.5×2.5m) in a modern furnished dual-occupancy house; use the second room as a study a second lounge room a walk-in wardrobe…anything youd like! The house has a large open plan lounge and dining area big modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances new designer bathroom with shower and bath and separate toilet. Plenty of sun and space ducted gas heating for the winter and large front porch area for entertaining in the summer. Possible use of new carport behind house depending on rent paid.House is a 2 minute walk to the local shops with IGA service station tasty takeaway and Italian/Thai restaurants and 5 minute drive or bus ride to University of Canberra (bus stop is at the shops 2 minutes away). All bills (including internet if you want to use it) to be split 50/50. Rent is $230 a week or $250 a week with a carport.A bit about me I guess…I like having friends over for a few drinks occasionally I like guitars and computers and Ive got several of both and I like a tidy house but I dont expect the whole house to be spotless at all times like some people.
