You will be sharing with two very friendly student/professionals (female aged 20 and male 26yrs) and there small dog who is very adorable! The house is available around the 15 Nov 2010 although can be viewed now! Weekly rent is $150 plus share of the bills when required..(electricity gas and water). Bond is $600 which is to be paid when signing the lease! Applicant must be female reliable friendly and fun!!
