One fully furnished room is available from 25 May 2013 to 06 July 2013 at Kaleen. Rent is only $120 per week (excluding bills). The house is in a very convenient location, 3-5 minutes by walk to bus-stops and shops (Kaleen Plaza), and it takes one bus to City, Belconnen, ANU, UC. All the current tenants are very friendly and trouble-free. The common areas (kitchens, bathrooms, toilets, etc.) are regularly cleaned on behalf of the owner without any extra charge to the tenants. High-speed broadband internet and central gas-heating are available among all other essential things. Bills are evenly split on a pro-rata basis by the owner between the occupants. Student preferred.
