Room available NOW!!! Hawker townhouse sharing with 1 boy (Brad 25 sparky) 1 girl (Sarah 24 vet nurse) and 1 indoor cat. Walk to Hawker shops and bus close to Belco Westfield and UC. Room is furnished with king single bed and basic bedroom furniture but its big enough for a double bed if youd like to bring your own. We have a dishwasher small yard and huge deck (great for bbqs!).Brad spends alot of time on the coast fishing and works pretty big hours. I spend alot of time with my horse or at home up the coast but Im new to Canberra so happy to meet new people and socialise more. We both have quite early starts but are good at being quiet! Were looking for someone around our age whos easygoing and not a complete party animal. Rent is $150 per week paid 2 weeks in advance bond is $600.
