Room available in Hawker townhouse sharing with 1 boy (sparky 25) 1 girl (vet nurse 24) and 1 indoor cat. Room is medium sized and furnished with king single bed – room for a double if youd like to bring your own. Youd share the bathroom with one other. Theres a great deck with bbq and small yard and plenty of room for storage. Were both fairly easy-going and looking for someone quiet and around our age who will clean up after themselves and pay rent on time. We both work full time and usually have pretty early starts. Rent is $150/week paid 2 weeks in advance + $600 bond.
