Our current housemate has moved out, so we’re looking for someone to move in around early January. (can negotiate earlier if needed).

We are a professional couple with 1 cat.

Rent $150 per week (NEG.)

2 weeks rent + Bond (2 weeks rent) up front.
Shared bills (electricity, water etc.). Your share of these would generally be about $200-250 a quarter depending on the season.
Internet (ADSL2+) will be $35/month for 250GB total uploads/downloads

Or rent including bills (electricity/water/internet) would be $200 a week.

We are reasonably tidy, respectful, likes the occasional chat or drink, try to cook most nights.

The room is not enormous but can fit a double bed, chest of drawers etc if you have them. There is also a single built in robe (currently only shelves, but these can be removed to make hanging space). There is currently a double slat bed & mattress in the room, but this can be removed if not required.

The unit is furnished (apart from the bedroom, however a double bed + mattress can be supplied if required) and we can try to accommodate any other common furniture you would like to bring.

Unit has a small balcony, separate laundry plus storage room downstairs and reverse cycle air conditioning in living area.

Close to Hawker shops (Bakery, Post office, Butcher, Cafe’s, Woolworths, Newsagent, Doctor etc) and bus stops.
