We have a room available in our beautiful, newly renovated, 3 bedroom house in Evatt. We are a female couple, looking for someone who wants somewhere to stay during the week (ideal for student or professional who commutes etc). Rent would obviously be cheaper because of the amount of days! We are easy going and relaxed and we just want someone to help out with the rent who is respectful, tidy and does their own thing!
