There is also a large yard and an undercover parking space.The house is fully furnished apart from your room which also has built in robes. The bathroom is shared with one other housemate.About a 3 minute drive to Belconnen town Centre 12 mins to City/Barton. Bus stop is 2-3 minute walk from the house with buses going directly to Belconnen town centre and the city.Room is available from 29 October. Rent is $200 a week plus utilities.
