My partner and I own a 4 bedroom house in Cook. We are considering opening our home up for a short-term rental in February 2010 for a maximum stay of 4 weeks. At this stage we do not intend being home for alot of February as we have some weekends away shift work and a couple of work trips planned. Therefore although at least one of us will probably be coming and going during the week on the weekends the house should be pretty quiet! We have Foxtel and wireless internet that you would be free to use.
