I currently live in a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom townhouse in Bruce. It is modern and close to Belconnen and Civic. Each bedroom has an adjoining bathroom. I am 26 yo female public servant and am looking for people to move in who are tidy and friendly. We pay rent monthly and split the bills.
