I am looking for a tidy and friendly female housemate to fill in a Medium size bedroom in a 3 bedroom apartment in Belconnen. The place is located within a walking distance to Westfield shopping mall, the bus interchange and the government departments. Only 5 mins drive to UC and 10-15 mins to ANU and city.

The bedroom has buildin-robe with mirror. The room can fit a king single bed with study desk comfortably still spacious? Room is unfurnished but can be furnished with discuss for extra cost., however the rest of the apartment is fully furnished with new Fridge, new washing machine and there are lot of additional storage space in living room. You will only share the main bedroom with another cleaned, friendly female only as the other female housemate has her own ensuite.

The rent of the room is $190/pw. All bills will be shared equally (internet $20/month+electricity every 3 months). 4 weeks bond is required and rent will be paid on the first of every month. Sorry no pet and couples
