Two of our housemates are sadly leaving; so we have two rooms available in the apartment $180 weekly. The first room will be available mid-May and the second at the end of July. One of the rooms has a bed and the other is unfurnished but our apartment has a great communal area all furnished. The kitchen is fully equipped including fridges and a washing machine in the laundry.Moreover we have a lovely balcony with view to the Ginninderra lake and one covered car spot.The apartment is near to the Belconnen Westfield mall the bus interchange and the University of Canberra.We are looking for some relaxed cool people who are comfortable in a share house happy to hang but also like their own space.
