There is ample storage room behind the bar area and the kitchen has two large storage rooms for produce.

The second floor is the owner’s residence.
There are two separate living areas, one being a (6 square) two bedroom unit.
All newly renovated, this area has a bathroom and a large living area.
It has all been plastered and freshly painted.
There are two bedrooms with the largest being approximately 5.2 squares, with built-in robes, an ensuite and a sitting room.
The second bedroom also has built-in robes and its own bathroom.
