This is a blank canvas awaiting your handiwork. The hard work has been done, and yet it still presents as a blank canvas upon which you can add your own oil painting.
The home is a double storey with the sleeping quarters, balcony and bathroom upstairs. This arrangement allows you to rise early and walk out onto the balcony and enjoy the sun coming up, with all the associated chatter of natural sounds.
Downstairs is the living area with a combined kitchen/dining/lounge which has reverse cycle air conditioning. Even from here you get a view of the hills and valleys beyond because there is a lot of glass. There are verandahs on two sides which are in the process of being closed in, and they house the second toilet and the future laundry.
The land is an interesting hillside block. On approaching the block you can see the neighbours over the hill, and then they disappear half way up the driveway. You should see the sights during winter as the cloud lifts up out of the valley in the mornings. Yes, there are wild deer wandering through here at certain times of the year.
This would be ideal for retirees who want something to do and who have vision.
I can also imagine an artist with easel set up on the deck, and easing this scenery onto a canvas.
