All inspections have been done on the following:
*Footings, block fill and slabs. Under slab tank approx. 13000 gal storage, pool and plumbing done including extras to the plan, that is retaining wall underneath and extra post for deck extension to access the pool and provision for internal stairs.
* Concrete driveway in place.
*Steel posts are in and I beams fitted. Front 2 deck footings are done with reo bar ready for veranda columns.
*Under slab drainage is done for the downstairs toilet and shower and connected to the septic tank.
*water coarse has been lined with shot fired concrete to manage erosion and has worked very well for 13 years.
*Underground power and phone has been done up to the house and power connected at the meter box.
*3000 gal concrete water tank in place by the road for extra storage and ease of fill point if needed.
* All plans are with Whitsunday building and plumbing dept. along with $1000 ready for a new permit. Will only have to pay for the certifier.
