These two titles sit near the corner of Tenterfield Street (the main road going through Wallangarra). One of the titles is mixed zoning, meaning you could have the option to develop it for either commercial or residential. Perhaps the other title could also be changed to suit your needs, subject to Council approval.

There are a few trees and shrubs on both blocks and three sides are already fenced. Town water and power are available. The Qld NSW border is a few metres away and the property is just inside the Queensland side of the border.

Wallangarra is a quaint and very friendly cool climate town, with an elevation of approx 878 metres. It adjoins a town called Jennings, the NSW side of the border. The population is approx. 1,200 across both towns with the nearby shopping centres of Tenterfield (15 minutes south) and Stanthorpe (30 minutes north)

There is a general store, pub, fuel and a few specialty shops and cafes. There are at least 60 wineries and other tourist destinations nearby. The town enjoys four distinct seasons with low humidity and you can even build a snowman some years (Snow photo taken 2015).
