Positioned in the “golden triangle” the home rests perfectly between Brisbane and the Gold Coast and is easily accessible to the M1 Motorway. Ultra-convenient, the residence is a short walk to Coles, cafes, restaurants and School. The highlight of the location, being the open outlook onto natural bushland. Surrounding the residence with native birdlife.
*Dave O’Halloran, Landscape Artist, born in October 1974. Not only was he born with a gift for Art, he inherited it! Being the son of Renowned Artist Eric Minchin and Judy Pickering, also an Artist in her own right, it was to no surprise that he followed down the same path. But it doesn’t just stop there, he is also the Great-Great Nephew of iconic Australian Artist Tom Roberts and is a cousin to another well-known Artist Clifton Pugh. Dave specialises in Australian Scenery, especially the magnificent Aussie Outback.
Dave has now sold more than 300 original paintings and has appeared on tv, radio, and in newspapers. He also has his artwork published in books and his paintings are held in private collections all over the world. He enjoys painting the Landscapes of this picturesque country and has even spent some time with the Pitjantjatjara Tribe in The Northern Territory so he could learn about the indigenous culture and perhaps connect even more with the land that he loved so much to capture on his canvas.
