In the 1980′s, people were moving away from the fibro house by the beach, to build something a little more solid. This was when a wave of brick homes started to pop up around Broulee and Mossy Point and this 3 bedroom 2 bathroom is one of them, built in 1986 mum and dad built it after owning the land since the 70′s and 4 generations have loved their time staying there. Close enough to the beach that you could wander over with bare feet, shake the sand from your towel and wander back home for an afternoon siesta.
There are plenty of other benefits to this great beach home, it’s all original! Waiting for someone to come in and give it a modernisation makeover. Lots of bonuses like, the sleep out attached to the garage where plenty of teenagers have snuck out and gone to the beach to meet friends over the years I’m sure, it could also be used as a large workspace or hobby enthusiasts room. There is a bathroom and toilet out side for wash off from the beach, and attached to that a large room that could be used just about anything, it was originally a coolroom with fridge freezer and would be great for the fisherman. Under the house is masses of space for storage which is perfect for kayaks, fishing gear and surf boards etc.

Don’t think this is just a home for the holidays, it’s also a comfortable permanent home for the seaside lover. Broulee has spectacular beaches and waterways. There are also shops, cafes and it is popular with surfers, SUP, bike rides and kayakers.
Other features include over 5 kw of BTG solar, bore pump for bore water & roof top patio.
