COUNTRY:
Soils consist of cracking fertile grey clays, typical of Boomi River country. The timber is predominately Coolibah, Wattle, Black Box and River Red Gum, with areas of natural grasses, resulting in excellent grazing country.

Cultivation was long fallow and has been planted to Sorghum in early December, Crop to be included.

WATER:
Water is a feature on “Boronga” with frontage to the Macintyre and Boomi Rivers. There are several easements through the property for irrigation supply channels, for neighbouring properties. Along with the two rivers, this supplies permanent water for stock.
