The village is on the Clyde River on the South Coast of New South Wales.

With a great rustic country feeling, this hotel presents very well and includes an open fire place in the Main bar.

The TAB area is well set up with 3 large TVs, 7 small TVs plus the TAB Kiosk. There is plenty of room to relax and kick back in this area.

The Pool/Darts Room is very comfortable.

Seating at least 80 patrons, the Bistro and kitchen is well equipped and certainly would please any Chef. It has its own service bar that leads outside to the Courtyard.

The five bedrooms on the 1st floor are extremely well presented and comfortable. Room five is suitable for a couple to live in and operate the hotel.

The grounds are very extensive with plenty of parking available. On the roof are 90 solar panels at 29.9 Kilowatts that have been recently installed and valued at approximately $120,000.

The Hotel is situated on the main Highway from the Highlands and Canberra with a lot of traffic passing daily.
