We are looking for a friendly female who is reliable easy going respectful tidy and likes to enjoy their weekends. I have been renting this place for two years and it really feels like home. The available room is the second largest in the house and can easily fit a double or queen sized bed. However it doesnt have a built in wardrobe but a chest of draws will comfortably fit. The remainder of the house is fully furnished and I even have a computer available if needed by a student. We are located on a no through road a bus stop is at the end of our street Midland Gate is only a 10 minute drive a gym is 5 mintues down the road Swan TAFE is a 15 minute drive two parks are close by and a set of small shops is just around the corner. Our landlord is fantastic we dont have surprise rent inspections since he doesnt live in Perth. Ive also just signed a six month lease and because we take such good care of the place he continues to give us very cheap rent. :)Currently I share with my two brothers however one is moving out with his girlfriend within the next three weeks so we are hoping to fill the gap. My brother who is staying Cameron works full time within the local area and is very easy going and keeps to himself. I myself work for a corporate travel company in Nedlands.
