Hey The room is large has a balcony walk in wardrobe and own bathroom. Flat itself is a pretty a spacious apartment lots of natural light modern kitchen large lounge and dining soace views over Prince Alfred Park.The building has two car parks you can use pool sauna (good in winter!) spa and Gym. Plus a large storage cage if you want to keep mountain bikes or something down there.We are really close to central station - best location!The house will be to share with the others thats me Im a 30 year old girl working in marketing pretty socail like wine movies book going out... thai food and the other guy is Sam. Hes cool works in film makes good chicken stir fry. With LOTS of garlic.We are looking for a new flatmate from 27 June. Get in touch if it could suit you!
