The current ocupants are 3 PhD students (one female two males) very quiet and busy but also appreciate a chat every now and then.The place is in front of Canberra Centre and shopping market less than 3 minutes walking to the city center bus stop at the door very suitable for students of ANU ADFA or CIT or professionals working at city centre or suburbs around.please send an email for arranging an inspection. No pets. bills split equally. The start date could be negotiable provided that the proper case found.
