Im 24year kiwi girl looking for a flatmate I work full time in the city I am social enjoy going out but at same time know wen to have a quite one and relax at home. i am looking for a flatemate who is similar who can be a mate to hang out with however at times i do enjoy my own time as i spend all day talking on the phone.The apartment is in a converted warehouse just off the main road which is addison road in marrickvill rent $250 per week four weeks bond and two weeks advancedIt is two floors kinda loft. The room is on the bottom it is small but can fit a queen bed has double built in wardrobe and the room is carpeted.you also have your own bathroom.The rest of the house has hardwood floors open planned high ceilings with big double glazed windows. At he moment the house is bare cos my flatemate owns everything so i am looking for stuff at the moment but if you have any furniture u want to bring like fride couch more than welcome. Washing machine and dryer I already have and a small dining table.The rest of the building has two lifts and as the aprtment is on the 4th floor this is handy there is a small gym(its good for what it is and beats paying to go excerise) there is also an outside pool and ouside spa with a deck to chill at.You will also get car parking own keys and swipe.The place is five minutes from marrickville metro and 10minute walk to enmore theatre and 15minute walk to newtown/newtown station and sydneham station. or if you wana catch a bus just walk 2min to the main road and bammm the bus stop is there.EMail me or text me if you interested.
