Looking for a down to earth person to join our beautiful house and have heaps of fun on the weekends. We love to party on the weekend and get a little loose so be warned but through the week we work. one room and $160 without built-ins. is very cheap for what the place has. Will be filling the room asap with the right person and can move in asap but has to have the bond and 2 weeks in advanced. Pool maintaince is once a month which is around $20 each person which is sweet and the place has ADSL2 which can be worked out when you move in usually $1 a day.
