Hi im an easy going 20 yr old student looking for an equally easy going person to move into the spare room in my apartment. The apartment is on the first floor of a block of only 6 on the beach next to Nobbys Surf Club and only metres to the many shops cafes restaurants public transport etc at Nobbys Beach.The room available has built-in wardrobes and you will have your own bathroom with a bath.The apartment is open-plan and furnished (except for the room) including washing machine dryer dishwasher and a massive balcony that wraps around 3 sides of the apartment. Im a pretty laid-back person who loves to socialise but also enjoys and respects personal space. I enjoy a few wines on the weekend and spending time with friends and would love a housemate with similar qualities and whos good to have a laugh with! if this sounds like you please contact me to arrange an inspection time!
