Another tenant is male student from Taiwan in his early 20s. Our 4 bedroom house is situated in a very quiet area on leafy green street and very close to public transport. The bus stop next to the house and Epping station being a short 10 minute walk away make this house ideal for those who catch public transport on a regular basis. With a large supermarket close by and open until midnight and a local shop around the corner shopping is always convenient. All this for $200 per week plus refundable deposit.Both me and my wife are mid 30s. I am usually not at home from 8am to 7pm sometimes even later. My wife is a stay home mom and busy during day looking after our 4 and 6 year old kids. We are looking for a single person preferably working in common 9-to-5 job in nearby areas. Prefer male non-smoker tidy and quiet especially at nights. We are looking for somebody long term minimum stay is four months.
